It is mid year and it is a perfect time to revise the goals and visions for this year. At the top of my list is HEALTH & WELLBEING. Sometimes we try to do so many things at the same time that we forget about what truly matters. This is why I am writing my top goal here and why, and how I am going to do it.
#1 Goal: HEALTH & WELL BEING
Why? because without it, nothing else matters. Think about it, when you have health and vitality, you will have the energy to go after your dreams. You will be able to focus and concentrate for longer periods of time. You will be able to do more and accomplish more in less time because you have the energy to do so.
Steps and actions
- Drink lots of water daily (2 litters)
- Workout 1 hour daily (5 days/week)
- Watch/listen/read something inspirational daily
- Eat healthy (no white bread, no white sugar, no white flour, keep white rice to a minimum)
- Eat lots of vegetables
- Eat fresh fruits
- Keep track of my progress on my blog (here)
- Once a week, I will eat anything I want (in moderation of course)
- Eat smaller portion
- Drink four to eight glasses of juices/smoothies daily
- Drink natural homemade healthy drinks
- SLEEP EIGHT HOURS a day
- Do breathing exercises
- Say positive affirmations
- Pray and meditate daily
- Be grateful and THANK GOD every day
